CPI for all items increases 0.4% in October as energy, medical care indexes rise

In October, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers rose 0.4 percent seasonally adjusted; rising 1.8 percent over the year, not seasonally adjusted. The index for all items less food and energy rose 0.2 percent in October (SA); up 2.3 percent over the year (NSA).
